Flexible Amenity Areas
This project is to create hardscape seating areas at 5 locations throughout the Downtown area. This includes pavement removal, select underground utility work, concrete placement, landscaping and furnishings. This project is an outcome of the 2025 Guiding DG Streetscapes Plan.

Linda Kunze Plaza
This project includes maintenance and upgrades to the Linda Kunze Plaza at the Main Street Train Station. The south side of the tracks will be constructed in 2026, and the north side is planned for construction in 2027. This project was identified in the 2025 Guiding DG Streetscapes Plan.
