Bubbly 101 is your chance to explore sparkling wine in a relaxed, approachable, and celebratory setting.

During this one-hour guided tasting, we’ll pour a flight of five sparkling wines—Champagne, Cava, Crémant, Prosecco, and sparkling wine—side by side, so you can sip, compare, and discover what sets each one apart. We’ll cover everything from how it’s made to what to pair it with (spoiler: we love a good potato chip palate cleanser).

This is the same educational and interactive experience as our private tastings—just book your ticket and come ready to pop, sip, and learn.
