Spring Strength + Mobility Workshop

Step into spring feeling stronger, more mobile, and ready to move with purpose. This workshop blends yoga and strength training to help you improve mobility, build functional strength, and better understand how flexibility, stability, rest, and recovery all work together.
You’ll flow through targeted yoga poses to open common tight areas, incorporate light weights and bodyweight exercises to build strength through active range of motion, and use foam rolling to release tension. We’ll finish with restorative poses to reset the body and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed — plus you’ll walk away with a simple “Spring Training” mobility routine you can use to keep the momentum going.
