Hi! I’m Mark. I recently opened Mark’s Card Shop, Chicagoland’s newest sports card shop!
Starting a sports card shop has been a life long dream….It all started back in the 90’s when I collected sports cards as a kid.
I have fond memories of visiting old card shops with my Dad (also named Mark!). We would check out the showcases, rip packs, and sometimes I would even get to walk out with some wax (sealed boxes). I would spend endless hours checking prices in my Beckett price guides, trading cards with kids in the neighborhood, or just reading the stats on the back of the cards. If you know…you know!
My goal for Mark’s Card Shop is to bring you a lifetime of memories in every visit. Whether you’re just coming in to hang out, checking out singles in the dollar box, mulling over the showcases, or buying some wax, you can be sure that every visit will be a memorable one.
