The charming, peaceful vibe of Vendays-Montalivet, located in the Gironde department of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, is precisely what I yearn for, a cozy beach cottage in Southwestern France. The soothing sound of the waves, our toes in the sand, and the gentle breeze on our faces as we strolled along the pristine beaches surrounded by lush, enchanting pine forests was incredibly calming and grounding. My goal for this French Picnic Afternoon Tea is to recreate the serene days, the enchanting atmosphere, and the delicious cuisine we enjoyed during that unforgettable week.
