Fair Game Downers Grove invites both new and experienced players to play the wonderful Pathfinder Second Edition Roleplaying Game!Registration for the following sessions is now open:
Table 1. Downers Grove, 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM February 10 (Ages 18+)
Table 2. Downers Grove, 5 to 9 PM February 10 (Ages 18+)
Each session will run for 4 hours.
New players will get a great introduction to this popular tabletop role-playing game. No experience or supplies are needed. We will provide everything you need to play (including a character sheet, miniature, and dice) will be be included.

While the table is intended for new/newer players to Pathfinder, experienced playersare also invited to join us . Content will be derived from the new Rage of Elements expansion book. Explore new spells, take new element-infused items for a spin, challenge new monsters, and try out the new kineticist class!
Participants will also be invited to pick up a copy of the Rage of Elements hardcover for a (frankly ridiculous) 40% discount!
This table has a limited number of seats, so be sure to register as soon as possible!
If you participated in our December 2023 event, you are still welcome to join us for the February 2023 game. We will be playing with revised character sheets and a different adventure (though there may be some similarities to the story from last time!)
What is Pathfinder Second Edition?
Pathfinder Second Edition is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game similar to Dungeons & Dragons. The system offers strategic depth and flexibility, a wide variety of character classes and abilities, and abundant options for high-level play.
The game experienced a surge of popularity earlier this year, and we are excited to welcome new players to the game.
Materials
We will provide you everything you need to play! This includes a character miniature, a set of dice, a character packet, and writing materials.
You will be able to take materials home with you after the event for use in your future adventures!
Additional Details
- Players will choose their character when they arrive. Players will not be permitted to create their own character before the event.
- We provide an environment where all tabletop enthusiasts feel welcome to explore and enjoy the hobby. We do not tolerate racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, bigotry, or discrimination of any kind.
