Join Anderson’s Bookshop for a free panel discussion from Downers Grove authors group, Room Seven, featuring local authors Lee Williams, Pat Camalliere, Luisa Buehler, and Mim Eichmann on Sunday, August 7th at 2 pm at our Downers Grove location (5112 Main Street).

The four authors will give a presentation and their books will be available for purchase and can be signed in-store that afternoon.

This event will be held in our Downers Grove store, and pre-registration is required as space is limited.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Lee Williams: Lee was a special agent with the criminal investigation division of the IRS. His assignments included individuals involved in organized crime, narcotics trafficking, police corruption, money laundering, and government corruption. These cases included the largest cocaine seizure in the history of Chicago to street drug operations and large-scale police corruption investigations. In private practice, he has assisted in the preparation of a codefendant of an Illinois governor, multimillion-dollar fraud investigations, and over twenty other cases. He was also an instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and was the lead developer and instructor for money laundering seminars given to the FBI, DEA, and other federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Pat Camalliere: Pat Camalliere is the author of the popular five-star-rated and award-winning Cora Tozzi Historical Mystery Series that includes The Mystery at Sag Bridge, The Mystery at Black Partridge Woods, and the newly-released The Mystery at Mount Forest Island. She lives with her husband in Lemont, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. She serves on the boards of the Lemont Historical Society and Lemont Public Library District and is a member of the Society of Midland Authors, Sisters in Crime, and the Chicago Writers Association. Mim Eichmann: A graduate from the Jordan College of Music at Butler University, in Indianapolis, IN, Chicago-based author Mim Eichmann has found that her creative journey has taken her down many exciting, interwoven pathways as an award-winning published lyricist, short story author and songwriter, professional folk musician, choreographer, by-lined journalist, and now, historical fiction author. Her debut historical fiction novel, “A Sparrow Alone”, published by Living Springs Publishers in April 2020, has met with extremely enthusiastic reviews and was a semi-finalist in the 2020 Illinois Library Association’s Soon-to-be-Famous Project.
