Tiana M. Perry MAT, BCBA founder and owner has been working with children with special needs and their families since 2008. Tiana started her career as a classroom paraprofessional providing extra support for students with disabilities. Finding this to be her passion, Tiana went on to earn a Masters of Teaching in Special Education. While earning her Masters, Tiana learned about Autism Spectrum Disorder and knew that she would spend her life working to meet the needs of kiddos on the spectrum. After graduating, Tiana taught in the Educational Life Skills programs for both middle and high school. While she loved teaching, she knew there was one more thing to do. Daily, Tiana experienced kiddos engaging in behaviors that disrupted their lives in school, community and their home. Tiana knew that strategies used in ABA would help significantly, but didn’t have the credentials to prove it. Never one to back down from a challenge, Tiana went on to earn her BCBA certification. Tiana has worked in both the home and clinic setting providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is passionate about meeting children where they are and building skills to help them be a part of the community in which they live.
