This menu was born from two meaningful influences. Last year during my visit to Las Vegas for the World Tea Expo, I dined at Sparrow and Wolf in the city’s vibrant Chinatown district. The restaurant is known for its innovative approach…rooted in time honored tradition and enriched by a genuine appreciation of cultures and cuisines around the world. Secondly, I was influenced by the best selling cookbook, Afternoon Tea is the New Happy Hour. This book promotes a more casual approach to Afternoon Tea, includes more savory items, and encourages cooking with tea. The result is this amazing fusion of Asian flavors, autumnal notes, and traditional tea foods.
